Emery and Maverick | Summer Session | Alcoa, Tennessee

My husband and I are not parents just yet but watching these two I now understand the term, "they grow up so fast." I can't comprehend that Emery is three years old and that we just booked Maverick's 6 month pictures. I can't believe how quickly these two are growing right in front of my eyes. 

Emery stole my heart the day I went to the hospital to take some newborn photos of her. I hadn't been a photographer for very long and was still learning the ropes. I'm so thankful for these friends who are willing to let me use them as my "guinea pig." If I ever have a spur of the moment idea for a session, Tina and Josh are always on board. That's exactly what this session was - spur of the moment. I had this cute little tricycle that I had found from a garage sale just sitting at home and I thought it would be super cute to incorporate into a Fourth of July / Patriotic style session. I am in love with how these turned out! 

Ya'll can we talk about Maverick?! The last time I saw him was during his newborn session (crazy photographer schedule.) He's grown so much! He's going to be a little heartbreaker for sure. I mean can we talk about that smolder that he's got going on already?! 

I had such a fun day with these two and I already can't wait to see them again!
