Country Bridal Session with Autumnal Hues

I’ve always encouraged clients to make their photos their own, let your personality and interests shine through during your photo session. This is exactly what Kelsie did during her bridal session! Kelsie has always loved animals, especially horses, and what better what to represent that than in her bridal portrait session?!

Brides, did you know that often times your wedding venue will allow you to have your bridal portraits and engagement session at the venue? This is perfect for a bridal portrait session so that your images will reflect the backdrop and look that you will have on your wedding day. This also allows your photographer to familiarize themselves with the venue so they know how lighting will be and what locations/areas look best for photos!

Kelsie’s bridal style was absolutely stunning! She used the bouquet that she would carry on her wedding day, her bridal jewelry and a hat that was adorned with autumn colors and flowers that matched the theme of her wedding. As I’ve mentioned in a previous blog, this is the perfect time to trial your hair and make up as well. If you don’t already have a bridal session planned with your photographer, I would definitely encourage you to discuss this with them.

While The Barn of 1810 has since closed, it was an exceptionally beautiful wedding and event venue. Alice and her team always treated you like family. My favorite time to photograph there was always in the fall. There were so many beautiful fall colors that surrounded the barn and the sunsets were breathtaking.
