Ya’ll would ya just look at these two love birds!

I got to spend a very early morning with Kenny and Lauren photographing their engagement photos. We met up just as the sun was rising and the fog was rolling over the hills. It was an absolutely beautiful morning!

After spending just an hour with these two I could easily see that they were made for one another! They compliment each other so well and truly are two of the sweetest people that you will ever meet!!

I asked Lauren how she and Kenny had met and this is what she told me, “We met at a Bible study group for college students and my friend and I tried to get him to hangout with me. Somehow we planned a group trip to a local rodeo and it ended up being me, Kenny and my best friend.”

Kenny considers this to be their first date but Lauren considers their date to Hot Rods Burger Diner in Maryville their first date. Lauren told me that because Kenny was so nervous on their first date he drank two root beer floats and couldn’t even finish his cheeseburger. Ya’ll - that is a story that I can hear them telling their grandchildren years down the road! I can not deal with how sweet they are! Oh! And did I mention that Kenny was Lauren’s first kiss?!

Kenny proposed to Lauren in July of this year. He told her that they were going to go ride horses with a coworker but what Lauren didn’t know was that Kenny had contacted Elders Last Lap Ranch and arranged a trail ride for them. He even hired a secret photographer to capture their special moment! Obviously, Lauren said YES!! I am over the moon excited for them to tie the knot next year!
