Sweet and Simplistic Golden Hour Maternity Photos

I adore when I have return clients! You all have no idea just how happy that makes me.

I first worked with Weston and Kelsey on their wedding day. Afterwards they reached out to me to photograph their one year anniversary session - which is still one of my favorite sessions that I have ever photographed! The lighting that day was crazy good!

But this time when Kelsey reached out to me it was for something pretty special…their maternity photos! What a joy it is to be able to photograph clients in different seasons of their lives. This is one of the things I love most about being a photographer.

Before the session I asked Kelsey if they would be okay with me practicing some film shots. My words were, “If they turn out okay I’ll throw them in your gallery at no extra cost. If they turn out bad we are going to say I never even brought the film camera along for the session!” I was so excited when I got my film scans back and there were a few good ones from their session that I could add into their gallery.

You two have no idea how much it means to be able to photograph these special moments in your lives. You all feel like friends instead of clients. I feel so fortunate to have documented these memories for you and I hope that you all have loved it just as much as I have!
